DivorceFastCA is a self-help document preparation service. We prepare legal documents based on information you provide. We are not attorneys. We cannot give you legal advice. We cannot represent you in court. We cannot tell you what your legal rights are or how a court will rule in your specific situation.

No attorney-client relationship is created by your use of our services.

What We Do

We provide the following services:

Document Preparation — $159 (one-time fee). We generate a complete, court-ready California divorce packet containing the official Judicial Council forms applicable to your selected divorce pathway, along with a custom-drafted Marital Settlement Agreement where applicable. Your completed packet is available for immediate digital download after you complete the questionnaire and pay the fee.

Document Vault — $9.99/month (optional subscription). Secure cloud storage for your completed divorce documents, accessible from your account at any time.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not give legal advice
  • We do not represent you in court or in any legal proceeding
  • We do not verify the accuracy of the information you provide
  • We do not guarantee that your divorce will be granted
  • We do not guarantee that a court will accept any particular legal position or argument
  • We do not prepare Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs) or other specialized legal instruments

Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your purchase within 3 business days of the date you pay for our services and receive a full refund, provided you have not yet downloaded your completed document packet. Once you download your packet, the service has been fully delivered and the fee is non-refundable.

To cancel, email hello@divorcefastca.com with your name and order number within 3 business days of purchase.

Your Right to an Attorney

You have the right to consult with a licensed California family law attorney at any time before, during, or after using our services. An attorney can advise you on your specific legal rights and obligations, which we cannot do.

If you cannot afford an attorney, free legal help may be available to you through:

  • Your county's Family Law Facilitator — Every California county has a free Family Law Facilitator office that helps self-represented parties with divorce paperwork. Find yours at: selfhelp.courts.ca.gov
  • Your county's Self-Help Center — Located at most California courthouses, staffed by legal professionals who can answer questions and review your documents at no cost
  • California Legal Aid — Free legal services for income-qualifying individuals: lawhelpca.org
